Delete your Medicyn account

This is the web page Google Play requires for account deletion. You do not need it if you can open the app.

From the app (preferred)

1. Open Medicyn and sign in with the Google account you used before.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning, then tap Continue.
5. Tap Delete my account to confirm.

That permanently deletes your account, the cloud backup, your medicines, your dose history, any family link, and the notification tokens for your phones.

If you cannot open the app

Email contact@doezly.com from the same Google address you signed in with, and ask for the account to be deleted. We need that address so we can tell the request is yours.

What is deleted

• Your Medicyn account
• The cloud backup of your medicines, schedules, and dose history
• Any family (care) link you were part of
• Notification tokens used to reach your phone

Uninstalling the app is not enough. That only removes the copy on that phone. The cloud backup stays until you delete the account.

This cannot be undone.
